What a treat - a pair of empanadas to fortify my luncheon salad, with SPICY salsa! Fantastic!

Pescado Asada from La Humita On Wheels Food Truck

After I was so impressed with their Carne Asada, I had to try their Pescado Asada for lunch today. Delicious marinated fish filet, with rice, beans, soup, salad, salsa and a roll!


And they had new menu items, empanadas and sweet plantains with cheese.




I'm looking forward to trying more off their expanded menu!

Spicy Pork Bulgogi from BopBar Food Truck

Ohhh do I love bibimbap... And BopBar's is one of the tastiest, they have both beef and spicy pork available! It can be eaten piecemeal, with the veggies treated as banchan side dishes, or all mixed up as is traditional with bibimbap.

Chimichurri Burger and Fries from Carnivale Food Truck

Slim pickings for lunchtime food trucks today, and got a very tasty burger and fries from Carnivale, Food Truck! They were kind enough to leave the creamy shit off the burger and I was rewarded by a thick medium-rare patty of high quality beef, topped with their chimichurri sauce and bacon/onion jam. Wow - what a great burger, and the fries were just as tasty!
