Weekend Treat - Coq au Vin
A sale at the grocer for chicken leg/thigh quarters and Swallow Tail wine helped coq au vin become a reality.
Browning the chicken.
Loaded into the slow cooker with mushrooms and pearl onions.
Deglazibg the pan with wine.
